the work flow for converting the document from the original language to the destination language is structured into an interactive process the nucleus of which is formed by linguistic databases through which know-how is accumulated and distributed

Generic and specific glossaries:
glossaries structured into fields of application enable us to take full advantage of the information present with maximum efficiency and, at the same time, to drastically reduce or even eliminate the times required for adaptation to the Customer's specific contents

Process control:
with a view to obtaining ISO 9002 certification, quality control is integrated in the process in application of the European standards and includes some corrective measures to constantly improve the quality of the work done

"Zero defects" through collaboration with the Customer:
the Customer may contribute to improving quality even further by "proof-reading" the translations, and our databases are subsequently adapted to any feedback received
