NOTICE AND CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE GDPR

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR and relating to your personal data, as well as special categories of data, the Company Technicon Srl wishes to inform you that Regulation EU no. 2016/679 referring to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, requires the protection of persons and other subjects in relation to the processing of personal data..

In accordance with the aforementioned regulation, the processing shall be done in a clear, correct, lawful manner, which is easily accessible and transparent, and protects your confidentiality and rights.

Pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, we provide you with the following information:

1. Controller and processor The Controller is the company Technicon Srl, with registered office in Ivrea (Turin), Via Pavone 2/A. (Tax identification code/VAT number: 05029460010 - certified email: techniconsrl@pec.it - email: techniconsrl@gmail.com).

2. Purpose of processing and conferral of data Processing is required for the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received, and the conferral of data, including any special categories of data, is done and justified solely on the basis of the professional assignment received. Data shall also be processed to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and to manage the work relationship with employees. Data shall also be processed in the pre-contract stage, to respond to your request after you have completed the form on the website, and to possibly be recontacted for direct marketing purposes.

3. Data processing methods and communication to third parties Processing may be done with or without electronic or automated means, and with operations or a set of operations as specified under Art. 4, paragraph 1, no. 2 of the GDPR (such as the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction).
Data may be communicated to the Controller’s collaborators and employees, assigned to the processing of personal data, and duly instructed in this regard.
Data may further be communicated to third parties in relation to the Controller’s organizational structure, such as other accountants, lawyers or other types of consultants providing operational services. Finally, data may be communicated to public and private entities, in which case disclosure is required to correctly fulfil the processing purpose.

4. Refusal to provide data
The provision of personal data, including special categories of data is not mandatory, but failing to do so will make it impossible to manage the relationship pertinent to the processing.

5. Disclosure of data
Your personal data, including special categories of data, shall not be subject to disclosure.

6. Transfer of data abroad
The personal and specific data are generally not transferred to third countries in the scope of the purposes referred to under point 2.

7. Retention of data
Your data shall be retained for the time needed to perform the activities forming the subject of the professional assignment conferred, and in any case, for not more than ten years from the termination of the aforementioned relationship and assignment.

8. Data subject’s rights
To ensure the correct and transparent processing of your data, we further inform you that at any time, you may exercise the right:
a) to ask for access to your personal data, the rectification and erasure of your personal data or the restriction of processing referring to you;
b) to object to the processing of your data, except where the data is still necessary in relation to the purposes that it was collected or otherwise processed for; in addition, you are entitled to data portability;
c) to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority, with offices in Rome.
Finally, you are informed that by signing this Notice, you hereby authorize the Controller, processor or their assignees in terms of point no. 3, to process your special categories of data as defined under Art. 9 of the GDPR.
